Food at the Nursery

Our menu is carefully created weekly, by our chef, and we do not have a rota system for the menus. This results in all the children who stay for lunch having the opportunity to try many different meals, regardless of if they eat with us on one day or five days each week. All dishes are made from fresh food on a daily basis and our Chef bakes most of our bread and all of our biscuits.

Lunch and Supper Menu – Week Commencing 19th October




Snack: Oranges and pears
Lunch: Homemade pasta pesto with cherry tomatoes, Mini yoghurts
Supper: Organic hot dogs and salad, Fresh fruit salad


Snack: Pea hummus with crudités
Lunch: Chicken/Quorn and bean enchiladas with salad, Watermelon
Supper: Gnocchi bake with chorizo/veggie sausages and mozzarella, Greek yoghurt with honey


Snack: Homemade bread and butter with banana
Lunch: Lasagna (meat and veggie), Lemon Drizzle Cake
Supper: Veggie noodle stir fry, Jelly

Snack: Carrot hummus with homemade crackers
Lunch: Fish pie, Fresh fruit salad
Supper: Mushroom risotto, Banana bread


Snack: Cucumber and cheese
Lunch: Ratatouille with basmati rice, Lemon posset
Supper: Beef stroganoff, Homemade banana ice cream
